At Proclinical Engage, our team support strategic planning, implementation, account management, compliance, payroll, and delivery.  

As part of the Proclinical Group, we leverage complementary solutions from the company’s Staffing division to address the needs of life sciences companies throughout the life cycle of products and therapies, from discovery, development, regulation, approval, and marketing, to patient support.

Unlike many of our peers, who work across multiple sectors, we have always operated exclusively in the life sciences space. It’s our area of expertise, where we add value at every stage of the process.

We speak and understand the language of life sciences companies; our philosophy has always been to hire scientists and teach them recruitment, which means that across the business, most of our employees are from a life sciences background, either having worked in some capacity in the sector, or having completed a Scientific Bachelor’s Degree, so they bring in-depth knowledge of the field to their work and invaluable support to our partners.
